Yannick Morillon is the Chief Executive Officer of CATERING INTERNATIONAL & SERVICES (CIS), a French group specializing in integrated support services and camp management solutions for demanding onshore and offshore environments. He joined CIS in June 2019 as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and was appointed Chief Executive Officer effective January 1, 2023, following the separation of the roles of Chairman of the Board and CEO. That governance change placed him at the center of the group’s strategic and operational management alongside founder and Chairman Régis Arnoux. A graduate of the École de Gestion et de Commerce de Lille, Morillon also completed two Executive Programs in Management and Leadership at Stanford and Babson. His professional background is distinguished by an almost entirely international career, often in sensitive locations, and by deep experience in the services industry. Before joining CIS, he held positions with major groups including Vinci, Veolia Propreté, and Geocoton, building a profile that combines commercial, operational, financial, and managerial expertise. At CIS, he has played a key role in supporting the group’s continuity, growth, profitability, and independence. His responsibilities have involved leading international expansion, operational performance, and governance in a highly complex business environment serving industrial and institutional clients across challenging geographies.
