About YANN LUDMANN

Yann Ludmann is a French executive with a strong profile in digital transformation, information systems, and innovation strategy. He holds degrees from ICN Business School and the École Nationale d’Administration (ENA). He began his career at Accenture in 1996, where he led multiple process digitization initiatives. This early experience gave him a solid foundation in consulting, change management, and the industrialization of technology-driven business processes. He then moved into the public sector, working first for the City of Paris finance department before joining the prefectural administration and later the French Ministry of Housing. In these roles, he contributed to major public modernization projects, including the creation of the national registration system for social housing applications and the national register of condominium properties. As deputy director in charge of housing policies, he developed deep expertise in housing policy, public digital services, and data-driven administration. Yann Ludmann joined Nexity in May 2017 to manage the connected housing offer and to organize the development function of the Residential Real Estate division. He was promoted to Director of Technologies and Information Systems in July 2018 and later became Director of Digital Solutions and Innovations. At Nexity, he has played a key role in the group’s transformation into a real estate services platform, accelerating the use of cloud computing, IoT, collaborative tools, and digital services for both customers and operational teams. His work aligns closely with Nexity’s strategic priorities: improving customer experience, scaling digital solutions, supporting business innovation, and modernizing technical infrastructure. He has contributed to initiatives such as the Eugénie smart home offering and to the evolution of a more agile IT organization, increasingly focused on business value.
