About YANIV FDIDA

Yaniv Fdida is currently the Chief Product & Technology Officer at OVHcloud, the European cloud leader, and a member of the Group’s Executive Committee. In this role, he is responsible for leading the company’s innovation agenda, strengthening the product portfolio, and overseeing the technology teams that deploy and operate OVHcloud services across all customer segments. His appointment to this position took effect in March 2024, following an internal career progression that moved from infrastructure leadership into product leadership and then into a broader technology mandate. He graduated top of his class from ENSICAEN with a degree in computer engineering and security, and his career has been built around digital security, cloud architecture, and the structuring of high-impact technical organizations. Before joining OVHcloud, he spent eight years at Gemalto, where he developed the company’s private cloud. That experience gave him deep expertise in cybersecurity, infrastructure industrialization, and the technical governance of mission-critical services. Fdida joined OVHcloud in 2018 and played a key role in structuring the Infrastructure group, particularly around Bare Metal and network activities. In March 2023, he created and took responsibility for the Chief Product Office within the Product business unit, marking an important step in connecting product strategy with technical execution. His progression within the company reflects a leader who can convert deep technical expertise into a clear operational and strategic advantage, helping the group develop a more integrated, resilient, and customer-focused cloud offering. More broadly, Yaniv Fdida represents a governance style rooted in industrial discipline, product excellence, and secure innovation. His engineering background, strong command of OVHcloud’s product ecosystem, and proven ability to build and align teams make him a central executive in executing the Group’s technology strategy.
