William Kadouch-Chassaing is a leading figure in European private markets and asset management. He is currently Co-Chief Executive Officer of Eurazeo and, since February 5, 2026, Chairman of the company’s Executive Board. He joined Eurazeo’s Executive Board in March 2022 and was appointed Co-CEO in February 2023 as part of a dual-leadership structure designed to accelerate execution, capital allocation discipline and the expansion of third-party asset management. Eurazeo states that the Executive Board oversees shareholder relations, strategy execution, resource allocation, financial performance, human resources and communication. Kadouch-Chassaing trained as an investment banker and built his career across investment banking and finance leadership. From 1996 to 2013, he worked notably at JP Morgan in London and Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking in Paris. He then joined Société Générale in 2013 as Chief Strategy Officer and Deputy Chief Financial Officer, before becoming Group Chief Financial Officer in 2018 and later Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Eurazeo’s biography highlights his contribution to the strategic repositioning of Société Générale’s businesses, the improvement of profitability and the strengthening of the group’s capital base. His background also includes substantial board-level experience in asset management. He served on the Board of Directors of Amundi, Europe’s leading asset manager, from 2013 to 2015 and again from 2018 to 2022. This combination of investment banking, financial discipline and asset-management experience is particularly relevant for Eurazeo, whose strategy blends private equity investing with the growth of fee-generating funds and a more recurring revenue model. At Eurazeo, he has been associated with a phase of structural transformation. Recent corporate communications underline the group’s expansion in private markets, the strengthening of management organization and the acceleration of third-party asset management. He has also been involved in presenting strategic progress and annual results to shareholders, while supporting new initiatives such as Eurazeo’s growth fund activity and investments linked to European AI champions.
