Vincent Legros is a French industrial executive known for a career spanning infrastructure materials, manufacturing, and specialty chemicals, with recognized expertise in operational transformation, international expansion, and acquisition integration. He graduated from École Polytechnique and École des Ponts et Chaussées and also holds a postgraduate degree in production and corporate organization. He began his career in 1998 at Saint-Gobain within Pont-à-Mousson as a production engineer. He then held several management roles across industrial operations, including responsibility for the Toul plant and later the Pont-à-Mousson site, before moving on to lead the fittings and valves business. In 2006, he was appointed chief operating officer of Saint-Gobain Pont-à-Mousson, strengthening his expertise in plant management and capital-intensive industrial operations.
