Thierry Letoffe is one of the co-founders of Micropole, a French consulting and technology services group focused on data, cloud, and digital transformation. He built his career within the company he created in 1987 with Christian Poyau, helping shape Micropole into a recognized technology and consulting player listed on Euronext Growth Paris. Over time, he became a central figure in the group’s governance, holding senior management and board responsibilities across several Micropole entities. He holds a DEST in Computer Science and a postgraduate management degree from ICG. Before founding Micropole, Letoffe began his professional career in 1982 at Dassault Electronique, where he joined a research laboratory within the Autodirecteurs division and worked on real-time software, embedded systems, and computing platforms. That combination of technical expertise and management training gave him a profile well suited to consulting, innovation, and organizational transformation. At Micropole, he supported the company’s expansion into an international group with operations in Europe and China, positioned around data-driven business transformation. His role combined technology insight, commercial development, and managerial structuring.
