Sylvie Kandé de Beaupuy is a French corporate governance specialist with deep expertise in business law, compliance, and board oversight. Her most notable role in relation to Alstom has been as an independent director and chair of the committee responsible for ethics, compliance, and sustainable development, later referred to as the Ethics and Sustainable Development Committee.
