Stéphane Bostyn is Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets, Financing and Treasury at Eurazeo, a central role within the group’s financial architecture. He oversees the structuring, monitoring and optimization of acquisition financing across Eurazeo’s strategies and funds, while also managing treasury, foreign exchange exposure and interest-rate risk. He is further involved in equity-market transactions related to Eurazeo and its listed portfolio companies, placing him at the intersection of funding strategy, capital allocation and risk management. Bostyn joined Eurazeo in 2008, bringing with him extensive experience in capital markets and corporate finance. He began his career in 1996 at France Telecom, working in the trading room on short-term interest-rate and currency products. This early phase gave him a strong technical background in market operations, hedging and financial risk control. From 2000 to 2008, he worked in the Finance Department of Accor, first as head of the trading room, where he was responsible for currency and interest-rate risk management and for optimizing group funding resources. He later moved into asset refinancing, contributing to the sale of several hotel properties to institutional investors. At Eurazeo, he has played a significant role in a number of important transactions. These include monetizing the group’s Danone investment through an exchangeable bond, renegotiating syndicated loans and margin loans, and handling equity-market transactions involving listed names such as Rexel, Edenred, Accor, Moncler, Elis and Europcar. His responsibilities require a broad command of structured finance, corporate funding, listed-equity operations and treasury optimization. With nearly 30 years of experience in finance and structured financing, Bostyn is recognized for his ability to support acquisitions, refine funding structures and manage balance-sheet efficiency. A graduate of IPAG Paris, he represents a seasoned financial executive profile focused on discipline, execution and capital efficiency.
