Stanislas Lemor is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of STEF Group, the European leader in temperature-controlled logistics and transport services. Born on 19 March 1974, he graduated from ESCP Europe. His career was first built in finance, management control and performance steering before moving into food supply chain operations. He started in 1997 as a financial auditor at Arthur Andersen, where he developed a strong foundation in audit practice, risk analysis and financial discipline. In 2001, he joined Carrefour Group’s finance department, initially responsible for accounts consolidation for the Asia region and later for management control in Europe. In 2005, he was appointed Management Control Director at Carrefour Group, reflecting his growing responsibilities within a major international company. He joined STEF in 2006 as Assistant Financial Director. This marked the beginning of a fast internal progression: he became Financial Director in January 2010, joined the Executive Committee in January 2011, and was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of finance in July 2012. On 30 April 2019, he became Chairman and CEO of STEF Group. In this role, he embodies a governance model focused on the group’s independence, operational excellence and long-term value creation. Under his leadership, STEF has continued to expand across Europe, strengthen its position in food logistics and place strong emphasis on performance, industrial resilience and sustainable transition. His expertise spans financial strategy, management control, corporate transformation and the leadership of listed companies with high capital intensity. He therefore represents an executive profile combining financial rigor, operational insight and deep knowledge of cold-chain logistics and food supply networks.
