Slawomir Krupa is a French-Polish banking executive and has been Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Société Générale since 23 May 2023. He is now responsible for the operational and strategic leadership of one of Europe’s leading banking groups, with a mandate to drive business transformation, execution discipline, and long-term performance improvement. Before becoming group CEO, he held a series of senior roles within Société Générale, mainly in Corporate and Investment Banking, where he built deep expertise in serving large international clients, capital markets, and advisory activities. In January 2016, he was appointed CEO of SG Americas, and later became Deputy General Manager and Head of Global Banking and Investor Solutions, placing him at the center of the bank’s most global and complex activities.
