Born on May 27, 1978 in Nice, he graduated from Sciences Po and is an alumnus of the École nationale d’administration (ENA). His career reflects a strong blend of public-sector leadership, strategic management, and corporate transformation. He began his career in 2003 as a sub-prefect in Nancy, then joined the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a mission officer focused on Turkey and Cyprus. From 2008 to 2010, he served as chief of staff to the Minister of Trade at the Ministry of Finance. In 2011, he became a security adviser to the Minister of the Interior. Between 2012 and 2015, he was finance director of the Paris Police Prefecture, and in 2015 he was appointed CFO at the national police headquarters. These roles gave him extensive experience in budgetary oversight, public administration, crisis-sensitive environments, and cross-functional coordination. In 2019, Daziano joined Suez as head of group executive coordination, public affairs, and security. This marked a major transition into the private sector, where he operated at the intersection of governance, institutional affairs, and operational risk management. In 2021, he moved to Veolia as Senior Vice-President for Strategy, Innovation and Development, and later joined the company’s Executive Committee. In April 2026, his responsibilities were expanded to become Director of Multidimensional Performance and Strategy, a role that underscores Veolia’s emphasis on integrated value creation across financial, environmental, and social dimensions. Daziano is recognized for his strategic mindset, public-policy expertise, and ability to bridge the worlds of government and industry. For ten years, he also taught economics at Sciences Po, adding an academic dimension to his professional profile. At Veolia, he plays a key role in shaping growth priorities, supporting innovation, and aligning corporate performance with the group’s ecological transformation agenda.
