About SCOTT PARSONS
Scott Parsons is an experienced listed real estate executive known for managing complex portfolios, development pipelines and capital-intensive operations. At Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW), he held senior leadership positions in Europe, including Regional Managing Director, UK and Italy, before being appointed Chief Operating Officer, UK, as part of the group’s expanded management board. In these roles, he oversaw major assets and transformation initiatives across two strategically important markets for URW, drawing on expertise in investment, finance, operations and real estate development. Before joining URW, Parsons was Managing Director, Retail Portfolio at Land Securities Group Plc, one of the UK’s leading real estate companies. He had previously served as President, European Real Estate at Brookfield Asset Management, after spending nearly a decade at GE Capital Real Estate, where he led the UK business development team. His career reflects a strong command of value creation, capital allocation and the operational management of large-scale property platforms. At URW, he was involved in the stewardship of flagship retail destinations such as Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City, and in the execution of the group’s densification and mixed-use development strategy. His profile combines an operator’s mindset with an investor’s perspective and a deep understanding of retail real estate fundamentals. In 2025, he became CEO of Lysara, a pan-European fleet-charging and parking infrastructure platform, underscoring his evolution toward mobility infrastructure, energy transition assets and next-generation real estate platforms.
