Glenn Sanford is the Founder, Chairman of the Board, and Chief Executive Officer of eXp World Holdings, Inc., the U.S.-listed parent company of eXp Realty, traded on Nasdaq under the ticker EXPI. Company governance materials also identify him as Chief Executive Officer of eXp Realty, reflecting his central leadership role across the enterprise. His career has been closely tied to online real estate, digital brokerage models, and technology-enabled business design. Before building eXp, Sanford worked in technology-related businesses and later moved into residential real estate. In 1998, he founded eShippers.com, an online e-commerce and logistics company, where he served as President.
