About ROMAIN VEBER

Romain Veber is a senior real estate executive with strong expertise in investment, acquisitions, and prime asset development. An ESSEC graduate, he has around twenty years of experience across finance and real estate, built within leading international institutions. He began his career in 2004 at Morgan Stanley, where he developed a rigorous understanding of capital markets and complex transaction execution. In 2006, he joined MGPA as Head of Acquisitions France, further strengthening his ability to assess opportunities, structure deals, and create value in the French market. In 2011, he moved to Norges Bank Investment Management in London as Portfolio Manager, responsible for real estate investments in France, especially Paris. From 2017 onward, he served as Chief Investment Officer Europe for real estate, overseeing a pan-European portfolio and leading roughly a dozen major transactions over two years, mainly in Paris, London, and Germany. In August 2019, he joined Gecina as Executive Director Investment & Development and a member of the Executive Committee. In this role, he has been central to capital allocation, asset selection, investment decisions, and value creation across the portfolio. His expertise spans investment markets, portfolio strategy, real estate development, and asset transformation. At Gecina, he contributes to a strategy focused on prime offices, central locations, user quality, and sustainable long-term value creation. His career reflects a rare combination of financial discipline and real estate execution, which is particularly valuable in managing long-term investment strategies in a competitive and demanding market.
