Roderick Jorna currently holds a pivotal position at Ayvens as Chief Remarketing and Asset Management Officer, a newly created role designed to strengthen the value generation of vehicles at contract end and to support the Group’s asset management strategy. He took up this position on 1 November 2025 and remains a member of the Executive Committee. Before this appointment, he served as Chief People Officer of Ayvens, which highlights both the breadth of his profile and his ability to move across finance, transformation, and organisational leadership. Prior to joining Ayvens, Jorna built most of his career in consulting and financial services. He spent the first nine years of his professional life at McKinsey, where he focused on strategy, corporate finance, and transformations, particularly in financial institutions. This background gave him strong expertise in change management, operating model improvement, and business turnaround work, especially in complex regulated environments. He joined LeasePlan in 2017 as Finance Director for Central and Eastern Europe. In 2020, he became Finance Director of LeasePlan France, with additional responsibilities covering insurance, IT, data management, and legal and compliance functions. This broadened remit exposed him to both financial leadership and cross-functional governance. In 2022, he was appointed Integration Leader, where he helped establish a joint integration management office with ALD Automotive, playing a central role in the post-deal integration process that ultimately led to the Ayvens platform. Jorna’s career is distinguished by a combination of analytical rigor and transformation leadership. His move to remarketing and asset management fits Ayvens’ strategic priorities: improving utilisation of the funded fleet, expanding multicycle leasing capabilities, and enhancing used-car sales channels through Ayvens Carmarket. In this context, his background in finance, integration, and people leadership is particularly relevant for driving asset efficiency and supporting the Group’s broader financial performance. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and master’s degrees in business administration and Dutch law from Maastricht University.
