About Raphaelle Deflesselle
Raphaëlle Deflesselle is a French executive with a long career spanning telecoms, information systems and media within the Bouygues ecosystem. An engineering graduate of École Polytechnique Féminine (EPF), she joined Bouygues Telecom in 1996 and built her career there through a series of increasingly senior technical and managerial roles. Her early work focused on implementing network monitoring tools within the network operations department, giving her a strong foundation in mission-critical infrastructure and operational reliability. From 1999 to 2009, she held several management positions in Bouygues Telecom’s technical divisions, strengthening her expertise in network operations, IT systems and team leadership. In 2010, she was appointed head of the Performance department within the Information Systems Division, and in 2013 she became head of IT infrastructures. She later served as Director of IT Governance, Research and Transformation within Bouygues Telecom’s IS division, a role that reflected her growing responsibility for digital modernization, governance frameworks and transformation programs. In June 2019, she was appointed Director of Operations and Projects at Bouygues Telecom Entreprises, further broadening her scope to include cross-functional delivery, project execution and operational oversight for enterprise clients. In June 2023, she joined TF1 as Head of Technologies and Information Systems for the group. In that position, she is responsible for the evolution of technology capabilities, broadcast engineering and operations, IT operations and innovation. The role places her at the center of TF1’s technological transformation and its adaptation to changing media consumption and digital distribution models. Alongside her executive responsibilities, Deflesselle serves on Bouygues’ Board of Directors as a director representing employee shareholders and is a member of the Ethics, CSR and Patronage Committee. Her profile combines technical depth, governance experience and a track record of steering complex transformations in large-scale, high-availability environments. She is widely identified with the group’s industrial and digital capabilities, particularly in areas where technology, service quality and organizational transformation intersect.
