About Quynh-Boï DEMEY

Quynh-Boï Demey is the Chief Financial Officer of Exosens, a French high-tech group specialized in critical amplification, detection and imaging technologies listed on Euronext Paris. She joined Exosens in April 2022 and plays a key role in financial steering, cash-flow discipline, reporting processes, and the execution of the group’s growth and value-creation strategy. Her presence at shareholder meetings and in Exosens’ financial communications reflects her central role in the company’s governance framework. Before joining Exosens, she served as CFO at Saft Group from 2019 to 2022, after holding senior finance leadership positions at General Electric between 2010 and 2018. She was also Director of Finance and Management Control at Areva T&D in 2009-2010, and worked at Alcatel Lucent from 2006 to 2009 on post-merger integration and management control. Exosens also states that she began her career as a consultant with EY, Eurogroup and PwC, giving her a strong foundation in advisory work, business transformation and performance management. At Exosens, her expertise spans corporate finance, financial governance, post-acquisition integration, internal controls and performance management systems. Her role has been especially visible around Exosens’ 2024 stock market listing and the group’s financial results presentations, as the company continued to post strong growth and operational execution. In 2025, Exosens also highlighted under her financial leadership a strengthened ESG roadmap, including the company’s EcoVadis Gold medal, which recognized progress in ESG policies, data quality and responsible governance across the group. An EM Lyon graduate, Quynh-Boï Demey represents the profile of an experienced finance executive operating at the intersection of industrial transformation, international expansion and the expectations of a listed company.
