About Pierre-Henry POUCHELON
Pierre-Henry Pouchelon currently holds a key leadership position at Nexity, where he was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Finance and the “Residential Real Estate Performance” division, with an additional responsibility for external growth starting on January 1, 2026. This role reflects a career built step by step within the group, where he has played an important part in supporting organisational and strategic transformation. Before joining Nexity in 2016, Pierre-Henry Pouchelon spent nearly ten years at Mazars, where he developed strong expertise in audit and financial control. He joined Nexity as a business controller for the company’s agency network. In 2018, he became Company Secretary of the group’s Services to Individuals real estate activities, and in 2021 he was appointed Deputy CEO of the newly structured Services to Individuals division, contributing to the success of its strategic redeployment. In February 2022, he was named Chief Operating Officer, with responsibility for steering the transformation plan on a day-to-day basis and ensuring its operational execution. His career highlights a combination of financial discipline and operational leadership that is especially valuable in listed real estate companies: performance management, organisational design, transformation execution and growth support. At Nexity, he operates in a context where the reorganisation of the services businesses, the profitability of residential activities and the delivery of strategic plans are central priorities. His promotion to the executive committee underscores the trust placed in him to help drive change and strengthen the group’s trajectory. Pierre-Henry Pouchelon holds degrees from Paris-Dauphine University, including a master’s degree in mathematics applied to the social sciences and a master’s degree in insurance and risk management. This academic background, combined with his experience in audit, finance and operations, makes him a highly structured, results-oriented executive well suited to the complexities of a major listed company.
