Pierre-Éric Pommellet is a French industrial executive known for his career in major strategic and technology-driven groups, as well as for his experience leading complex transformations. According to LISI’s published governance information, he serves as a member of the company’s Board of Directors, having been appointed in April 2024 for a four-year term. LISI still lists him among its board members as of January 1, 2025, confirming his current role within the listed company. He is best known for his leadership at Naval Group, where he became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in March 2020.
