About Patrick Schiltz
Patrick Schiltz is a French executive known for his experience in turnarounds, restructurings and business development, particularly in healthcare, parapharmacy and specialty retail. He graduated from INSEAD and holds a Master’s degree from INSEEC in Paris. His career has been shaped by leadership roles focused on growth management, operational recovery and profitability improvement, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution. Before entering the listed-company arena, he notably led Veld’s, a company specialized in anti-aging products for women, distributed through selective retail channels such as Nocibé and Sephora, with operations in France and across 25 countries. In 2014, Schiltz acquired Parashop, a parapharmacy retail network. He developed the store network, improved the company’s profitability and later sold the business in 2018. This transaction reinforced his reputation as an operator capable of transforming distribution businesses into stronger and more profitable platforms. In June 2019, Patrick Schiltz was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of VISIOMED GROUP, now KLEA HOLDING.
