Pascaline de Dreuzy is an independent director of Bouygues, where she chairs the Governance, Selection and Remuneration Committee and also serves on the Audit Committee. First appointed to the Bouygues Board of Directors on 22 April 2021, she brings continuity and senior governance expertise to one of France’s leading listed groups, with her current term running through 2027. Her profile stands out for a career built at the intersection of healthcare, strategy consulting, digital innovation and corporate governance, giving her a broad perspective on human, organizational and strategic challenges. From 1986 to 2011, she worked as a doctor at Hôpitaux de Paris, where she led innovative and pioneering cross-functional projects within the Necker-Enfants Malades hospital group. That experience required a strong command of crisis management, coordination across disciplines and operational leadership in a highly demanding environment. She then moved into strategy consulting between 2011 and 2013 as a doctor-manager, including roles with ANAP and Arthur Hunt, further strengthening her ability to support complex organizational change. Earlier in her career, she served as a director of one of the family holding companies controlling the PSA group, which gave her early exposure to shareholder structures and governance issues. She also founded and chaired P2D Technology, an innovative company focused on combining human support and digital tools for remote patient care and the prevention of certain diseases. Through that venture, she built links between industry, connected health and emerging technologies, while also investing in and supporting innovative start-ups. Her commitment to governance is equally notable: she has contributed to expert groups at the Institut Français des Administrateurs on ESG, integrated reporting, family business governance, the role of boards in climate matters and corporate social responsibility. In December 2024, she earned a certificate in Governance, Climate and Sustainable Transformation from Université Dauphine-PSL.
