Pascal Minault is a senior executive within the Bouygues Group, where he has built a long career in the construction and property businesses. A graduate of École Polytechnique, École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, and Collège des Ingénieurs, he joined Bouygues in 1986. Over the years, he developed broad operational experience across infrastructure, building, and real estate activities in France and abroad, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the Group’s construction ecosystem. He began his career on major infrastructure projects at Bouygues Travaux Publics, including assignments in Hong Kong and France, before moving into leadership roles in several business units. He later held senior management positions in the building and property development segments, both in France and internationally. He served as CEO of Bouygues UK, where he helped expand the Group’s public-private partnership activities in healthcare, education, and housing. He then became CEO of Losinger Marazzi in Switzerland, where he focused on property development and eco-neighborhoods. In 2015, he was appointed CEO of Bouygues Entreprises France-Europe, strengthening his leadership experience in France and across neighboring European markets. He was named Chairman of Bouygues Immobilier in 2019 and Chairman and CEO of Bouygues Construction in 2021.
