Olga Kharitonova holds a senior leadership position at Neoen as General Counsel and corporate secretary. After being admitted to the Paris Bar in 2006, she joined the Paris office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, where she advised clients on complex cross-border transactions. She graduated from Moscow State University (Lomonosov), Sciences Po Paris, and holds a postgraduate degree in business law from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
