Norbert Thouvenot is Chief Operating Officer of Neoen, where he oversees the group’s operational performance across its international renewable energy platform. He joined Neoen in 2015 after a long career in large multinational groups and highly operational environments. At Neoen, he first led the construction and operation of power plants in Australia, the Americas and Africa, while also heading the company’s Competence Center. In May 2021, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer and joined the Executive Committee, expanding his scope to all Neoen regions, as well as procurement and the group’s health and safety policy. Before joining Neoen, Norbert Thouvenot started his career in 1991 at Alcatel as an export project manager.
