About Nive BHAGAT

Nive Bhagat is an internationally experienced finance and business leader with a strong track record across technology services, digital transformation, and corporate governance. Since January 1, 2024, she has served as Chief Financial Officer of Capgemini Group and as a member of the Group Executive Board. Prior to this appointment, she was CEO of Capgemini’s Cloud & Infrastructure Services business from 2019 and a member of the Group Executive Committee. From 2016, she led Cloud Infrastructure Services in the UK and Europe, overseeing strategic operations in a key area of managed services and cloud delivery. Between 2010 and 2015, she held several leadership roles at Capgemini, including Head of Markets, with full profit-and-loss responsibility across sectors, and Head of Private sector within the Applications business in the UK. She was also a member of the UK Country Board from 2016. Before joining Capgemini, Bhagat spent several years at Infosys Technologies, where she built and led Enterprise Solutions in Europe, following earlier experience in Corporate Finance at KPMG. This combination of financial discipline and operational leadership gives her a broad perspective on performance management, capital allocation, and value creation. In parallel with her executive career, she has held non-executive board roles, including at Schneider Plc since 2022, where she sits on the Digital and Human Capital & Remuneration committees. She previously served on the board of MITIE Plc, contributing to the Audit and Nomination committees. At Schneider Electric SE, she is an independent director, underscoring her strengths in governance, compensation oversight, digital strategy, and board-level supervision. She is a Chartered Accountant and holds a degree in Economics.
