Nathalie Bellon-Szabo is a French executive known for her career in premium hospitality, commercial catering and live events services. A graduate of the European Business School, she began her professional life in 1987 in luxury dining. After early commercial roles at Scott Traiteur and later as Sales Director at Pavillon Royal, she joined Sodexo in 1996 as Sales Director for Sodexo Prestige in France. Her rise within the group was steady and significant: she became Head of the business in 1999, Chief Executive Officer of Sodexo Prestige in 2003, CEO of L’Affiche in 2006, and Managing Director of Sodexo Sports & Leisure France in 2010. In 2011, she was involved in the acquisition of Lenôtre and was appointed Chairwoman of its Management Board, while continuing to hold her other responsibilities. In 2015, she was named Chief Operating Officer of Sodexo Sports & Leisure Worldwide, before becoming Chief Executive Officer of Sports & Leisure Worldwide, now Sodexo Live! Worldwide, in July 2018. She also joined Sodexo’s Executive Committee. Her career reflects deep expertise in premium service operations, business development, brand stewardship and the management of complex customer-facing businesses. Bouygues also highlights her experience in finance, innovation, digital transformation, sustainability and CSR, which are valuable assets for a board facing long-term strategic and governance challenges. She joined Bouygues as an independent director following the General Meeting of 29 April 2025, replacing Rose-Marie Van Lerberghe. She also holds several roles within the Sodexo group and chairs the Pierre Bellon Foundation, underscoring a profile that combines operational leadership, governance experience and a strong long-term commitment to stakeholder value.
