About NATHALIE JAOUI
Nathalie Jaoui is a leading French executive in business services and temporary staffing, and she currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairwoman of Groupe CRIT. She holds a degree in economics and political science and joined the family-owned company in 1989. Groupe CRIT was founded by Claude Guedj in 1962 and has grown into a major player in human resources and business services in France and abroad. Over the course of her career, Jaoui has held several strategic positions within the group, including Chief Financial Officer, giving her a strong command of finance, governance, and corporate development in a listed company environment. In 1992, she joined the Board of Directors of Groupe CRIT and later played a central role in one of the company’s key milestones by helping lead its stock market listing in 1999. In 2000, she became Chairwoman of the group’s Temporary Staffing division, the historic core and largest contributor to overall activity. In that role, she oversaw the division’s growth strategy in France and internationally, demonstrating a strong ability to manage complex operations, scale a broad branch network, and adapt the company’s services to changing labor-market needs. In 2002, she was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer, further strengthening her role in both governance and strategic execution. In February 2022, she was named Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer of Groupe CRIT while retaining responsibility for the Temporary Staffing division. Her career reflects long-term leadership grounded in deep sector expertise and a strong understanding of staffing, recruitment, and related services. Since 2003, she has also served on the board of Prism’emploi, the French professional association representing temporary staffing companies, underlining her standing within the industry and her contribution to sector-wide discussions. At Groupe CRIT, Nathalie Jaoui combines financial discipline, family ownership continuity, operational experience, and strategic vision. Her leadership has been associated with international development, organizational resilience, and the long-term positioning of the group in a competitive and evolving labor-services market.
