Maryvonne Hiance is a French corporate leader with deep experience in biotechnology, innovation, and life sciences. Her most notable current role is Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of OSE Immunotherapeutics, a listed biopharmaceutical company focused on innovative immunotherapies. OSE describes her as a long-standing board leader and strategic contributor, and notes that she has held this board role since 2016, following the merger of Effimune with OSE Pharma. Until 2021, she also served as Director for Public Affairs at OSE Immunotherapeutics. Her professional background combines strong technical training with extensive executive experience. She holds engineering degrees from the École Polytechnique Féminine in Sceaux and from Polytech Grenoble.
