Marie-Luce Godinot holds a key leadership role within Bouygues as Senior Vice-President in charge of Innovation, Sustainable Development and Information Systems. Her career reflects a long-term progression inside the Group, combining technological expertise, complex project management and transformation leadership. A graduate of École Polytechnique (1994) and the École Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications (1996), she joined Bouygues Construction in 2001 after starting her career in the company’s IT environment. She went on to hold several positions in information systems, including responsibilities in coordination, security and development, which gave her a strong operational understanding of both the business and the digital transformation agenda. In 2009, she was appointed to lead the SAP EDIFICE project, a major initiative designed to standardise accounting and management processes across the company’s entities. This assignment was an important milestone in her career, highlighting her ability to bring together multiple stakeholders around shared objectives and deploy solutions at scale. From 2011 onward, she headed Bouygues Construction’s Application Solutions and Services department. In 2015, she was named Director of Innovation and Sustainable Development, and in 2018 she became Executive Vice-President of Bouygues Construction responsible for Digital Transformation, Innovation and Sustainable Development. Her remit was expanded to include Information Systems in 2019. Since September 2022, and at Group level, she has been responsible for strategic topics that are central to Bouygues’ future: innovation, climate, biodiversity, cybersecurity, digitisation and artificial intelligence. She is also tasked with fostering exchanges across the Group’s business segments in order to strengthen coordination of purchasing policies. This position places her at the intersection of business performance, technological transformation and environmental commitments.
