Marie-Bleuenn Terrier holds a key governance and legal position at Cellectis. She joined the company in 2008 as Legal Counsel and was promoted to General Counsel in 2013. Since 2015, she has also served as Secretary of the Board of Directors, placing her at the center of corporate governance, compliance, board processes and the legal oversight of strategic decision-making. Before joining Cellectis, Marie-Bleuenn Terrier built strong experience in the pharmaceutical industry, first at Pfizer from 2004 to 2006 and then at Boehringer Ingelheim from 2006 to 2008, both as Legal Counsel. This background gave her deep exposure to highly regulated environments and allowed her to develop expertise across corporate law, contracts, compliance, intellectual property and risk management. By joining Cellectis during a period of growth and international expansion, she contributed to the legal structuring of a leading French biotechnology company and helped reinforce its institutional framework. She holds a Master’s degree in Law from Panthéon-Sorbonne University in Paris, which reflects a strong academic foundation in French legal practice.
