Luc Milbergue is a French executive, entrepreneur and investor with more than 30 years of experience in building, developing and running companies. A graduate of Sup de Co Bordeaux, he began his career in market research and founded Stratégir, an independent marketing research firm, which he led from 1986 to 2005 and continued to oversee as managing director until 2021. Under his leadership, the company grew into a recognized player in its field, with a workforce of more than 100 employees and significant international activity. In 2015, Milbergue moved into the renewable energy sector, bringing with him a long-term entrepreneurial mindset. He first led Base Innovation, a company focused on hybrid solar solutions, from 2015 to 2019.
