About LAURENT EMMANUEL MIGEON
Laurent-Emmanuel Migeon is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BIO-UV Group, a listed French company specialised in water treatment and disinfection solutions using UV, ozone, salt electrolysis and AOP technologies. His profile combines financial discipline, audit expertise and operational leadership. He graduated from AgroParisTech and holds an MBA from INSEAD. He started his career as a statutory auditor and spent the period from 1994 to 2003 working in audit and consulting firms, including Arthur Andersen and PricewaterhouseCoopers. This early background gave him a strong foundation in governance, financial analysis and risk management. He then moved into executive management roles in agricultural and agri-business organisations, including the cooperative group EVOC/UCCOAR, where he served as Chief Executive Officer, and later Eurofins Agrosciences France, where he also held top management responsibilities. Before joining BIO-UV Group in January 2018 as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, he was Managing Director Europe of Biotek Agriculture. This career path reflects deep experience in leading businesses in transformation, within B2B and international environments. At BIO-UV Group, Migeon has become a growth-oriented leader focused on structuring the organisation, accelerating commercial development and supporting international expansion. He has played a central role in strengthening the company’s positioning in its core markets while helping to build new growth drivers and improve after-sales capabilities. In 2024, shareholders renewed their confidence in his mandate as director and in his leadership of the board. He also chairs the CSR Committee, which underlines his commitment to embedding environmental and social priorities into the group’s strategy.
