Laurence Stoclet is a French business leader widely recognized for her expertise in finance, technology, and the governance of listed companies. She currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of Ipsos, the global market research group she joined in 1998, when she was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer to prepare the company’s IPO. In 2010, she was promoted to Deputy Chief Executive Officer, a role she held until September 2022, while remaining closely involved in the company’s strategic development. In January 2026, Ipsos announced her appointment as Chair of the Board, effective March 1, 2026. During her long career at Ipsos, Stoclet played a central role in building the financial and operational backbone of the group. She designed and implemented the infrastructure and systems that enabled Ipsos to complete more than 100 acquisitions and integrate them successfully, helping transform the company into one of the leaders in its industry with operations in 90 countries.
