Kristin Blazewicz is a senior legal executive at Coty Inc., where she has served since March 15, 2020 as Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, and Secretary of the Board of Directors, while also sitting on Coty’s Executive Committee. In a global listed company, her remit spans worldwide legal and compliance oversight, direct support to senior management and the board, and a broad set of governance, risk, and regulatory responsibilities. She holds both a Juris Doctor and an LL.M. in International Law and Legal Studies from Duke University School of Law, where she served on the editorial board of the Duke Law Journal. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Vermont and studied international business in Vienna.
