Kader Hidra is a French finance executive known for his expertise at the intersection of corporate finance, capital markets and the energy-transition ecosystem. Since 2022, he has served as Chief Financial Officer of Hydrogen-Refueling-Solutions (HRS), a company listed on Euronext Growth and specialized in the design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of hydrogen refueling stations. At HRS, his responsibilities are closely tied to industrial scaling, international expansion, financing structure and investor relations, all of which are critical in a fast-growing listed business. Before joining HRS, Hidra was Chief Financial Officer at Carbios from 2020, a pioneering biotech company focused on enzymatic recycling of PET plastics. In that role, he supported a technology-driven company through a key industrial development phase and further capital-market progress. Carbios highlighted his deep understanding of financial markets and his leadership background in sustainability-oriented businesses when announcing his appointment. His career also includes substantial investment-banking and investor-relations experience. In London, he worked at Morgan Stanley and later Berenberg Bank, where he gained exposure to cleantech transactions and the IPO process for renewable-energy companies. He then joined EDF, where he held several senior management positions, including Head of Investor Relations and Markets, and also served in leadership roles at Citégestion, EDF’s digital smart-city subsidiary. Hidra holds an engineering degree from Grenoble INP and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
