She currently serves as Director, Corporate Legal Advisor, with broad responsibility for corporate matters, portfolio company monitoring, legal documentation, and support on stock exchange law matters for Eurazeo SE and its subsidiaries. Her scope also includes reviewing contracts and insurance policies across the group and its entities. In addition to her operational role, Julie Croquin plays an important part in Eurazeo’s long-term governance as a member of the Supervisory Board representing employees, a mandate confirmed in the company’s recent registration documents.
