Jesper Trolle is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Exclusive Networks, a global cybersecurity and value-added distribution specialist. He took the role in September 2020 as part of a planned succession from founder and then-CEO Olivier Breittmayer. Since joining, he has led a period of strong growth and transformation, focusing on commercial execution, international expansion, and the digitalization of the distribution model. Exclusive Networks has specifically credited his expertise in cyber ecosystems and his ability to scale large organizations as key factors behind the company’s successful IPO in September 2021, which valued the business at nearly €1.8 billion. Before joining Exclusive Networks, Trolle served as President of the Americas for ECS Arrow Electronics, where he was responsible for a multi-billion-dollar business. Prior to that, he held several senior leadership roles within Arrow across different regions, including Germany, Central and Eastern Europe, and later Northwestern Europe in Paris. His career reflects a deeply international track record built over nearly three decades in IT, distribution, and indirect sales channels. Trolle began his career in Denmark, building reseller and distribution businesses before founding Next Denmark A/S in 2001. The company was later acquired by DNS Denmark and then by Arrow in 2005. This entrepreneurial background gave him a strong understanding of partners, resellers, and value creation in the IT ecosystem. He holds an Executive MBA in General Management from Henley Business School. At Exclusive Networks, he is known for a growth-oriented leadership style, with an emphasis on operational excellence, international development, and the cybersecurity value chain.
