Jérôme Pelletan is Chief Financial Officer of the Air Liquide Group and a member of the Executive Committee, a role he has held since 2021. Since 2023, he has also overseen the Shareholder Services Department, and since 2025 he has additionally supervised Legal and Insurance. His remit is highly strategic: it covers corporate finance, funding strategy, investor relations, and the financial support of the Group’s long-term development. Before joining Air Liquide, he held financial management positions at Deloitte, Accor, and Hermès, building broad expertise in finance functions within demanding, international, and listed-company environments. He joined Air Liquide in 2006 as Group Director of IFRS & Special Projects. Two years later, he became CFO of Air Liquide Far Eastern in Taiwan, then in 2012 CFO and Operations Controller for Latin America, based in Brazil. In 2014, he moved to Houston to serve as CFO for the Americas Hub, where he later led the financial integration of Airgas following Air Liquide’s acquisition in 2016. This career path reflects strong expertise in accounting standards, international financial control, corporate funding, post-merger integration, and multi-regional performance management. At Air Liquide, Pelletan has played a key role in supporting the Group through major milestones, including expansion, acquisition integration, and financing discipline. He has also been closely associated with the Group’s use of green bonds to finance energy transition projects, consistent with the ADVANCE strategic plan and Air Liquide’s long-term value creation approach. A graduate in business and finance from ESCEM, now Excelia, Jérôme Pelletan represents the profile of a senior corporate finance executive with deep international experience, strong operational exposure, and a clear focus on sustainable performance and shareholder value creation.
