Jean Benucci is a seasoned French real estate executive best known for his long career at Nexity. In the group’s governance disclosures and corporate communications, he is identified as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Nexity’s Residential Property division, a role he has held since July 2020 after several years in senior residential leadership positions. Within Nexity’s executive committee, he has represented one of the core operational pillars of the company’s residential business. He began his professional career in 1984 at Groupe Moulet in Nantes, where he worked in business development. He joined Nexity in 1993, when the company was still operating under the CGIS name, within Foncier Conseil, where he helped create a new residential development subsidiary, Général Foy Investissement. This early step marked the start of a long-standing specialization in residential property development, regional management, and the structuring of operating subsidiaries. In 2009, Benucci became Chairman of Foncier Conseil and GFI, overseeing those entities and their subsidiaries. From 2014 onward, his scope expanded to include the Atlantic and Brittany subsidiaries. He was appointed Deputy Managing Director of Nexity Residential Real Estate in 2015, then Deputy Chief Executive Officer in 2017. Since March 2018, he has been responsible for several key regional entities, including Atlantique, Bretagne, Normandie, Foncier Conseil, Conseil et Patrimoine, as well as the production and cost-control function. This remit highlights his expertise in operational efficiency, delivery performance, and margin discipline. A graduate of Audencia, Jean Benucci has built his reputation on a practical, execution-focused approach to residential real estate governance. His career at Nexity reflects steady progression through increasingly strategic responsibilities, combining regional leadership, subsidiary oversight, and industrial management of residential development operations.
