Hervé Jeannin is a long-standing Capgemini executive and employee representative who has spent nearly his entire career within the Group. He joined Capgemini in February 1984, immediately after completing his studies, as an analyst. In the following years, he worked on IT projects for a range of clients, designing and managing them until 1999. This operational background gave him a detailed understanding of digital services, project delivery, client relationships, and the demands of working in a large international technology company. From 2000 to 2004, he expanded his scope by developing a client account as a sales engineer, strengthening his expertise in commercial growth, key account management, and business development. Alongside his operational roles, he began representing employees in 1993. From 2005 to 2015, he held a series of employee-relations responsibilities, including employee representative, Works Committee member, Health and Safety Committee member, union representative, and Union General Secretary. This long experience made him highly familiar with social dialogue, collective bargaining, and workforce governance. Between 2016 and 2022, Jeannin was responsible for workplace first aid and evacuation training within Capgemini in France, reflecting a strong commitment to occupational health, safety, and risk prevention. He also served on the International Work Council from 2012 to 2020, which broadened his perspective on the Group’s global footprint and workforce. Since May 2022, he has been an advisor to the European Commission on industrial transformation, with a particular focus on technology-related areas. He was appointed to Capgemini’s Board of Directors on May 20, 2020 as a director representing employees and has also served on the Strategy & CSR Committee. His profile combines deep company knowledge, extensive experience in employee relations, and a practical understanding of health and safety issues, making him a key voice on social and governance matters within the Group.
