Jason Gesing currently serves as Chief Industry Relations Officer at eXp World Holdings, following a long tenure in senior leadership roles at eXp Realty. He joined the company in March 2010 and steadily moved through key positions as the business scaled, including Chief Business Development Officer beginning in September 2012, President from June 2014 through September 2016, and Chief Executive Officer of the real estate brokerage division from September 2016 through August 2018. He later reassumed the CEO role for eXp Realty in October 2019, and in January 2023 the company announced his appointment to the expanded Chief Industry Relations Officer role to help support growth across strategic sectors. Before entering the eXp ecosystem, Gesing worked as an attorney at Murphy, Hesse, Toomey & Lehane, LLP in Boston from 2002 to 2010.
