About Frédéric Lissalde
Frédéric Lissalde is a French executive with deep international experience in the automotive industry, industrial transformation, and listed-company governance. Since March 1, 2025, he has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Soitec, following his appointment as a director at the company’s annual general meeting on July 23, 2024. Soitec has emphasized that his background as the chief executive of a major global group, together with his governance experience and business judgment, are key assets for supporting the company’s strategic development. Before joining Soitec’s board leadership, Lissalde built the core of his career at BorgWarner, a leading global automotive supplier.
