Florin Rotar is an experienced technology executive who was appointed Executive Vice President and Group Chief Technology Officer (EVP, Group CTO) of Atos Group in September 2025, joining the Group Leadership Team. In this role, he is responsible for helping shape and execute the company’s technology agenda, with a strong focus on artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, and secure end-to-end digital journeys. Prior to Atos, Rotar spent 25 years at Avanade, where he built a broad international leadership profile.
