Fabrice Barthélemy is a French industrial executive best known for his leadership role at Tarkett, where he has served as President of the Group since January 2019. He joined Tarkett in 2008 as Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Management Board. Over time, his scope expanded to include Information Systems and Legal Affairs, reflecting the trust placed in his cross-functional leadership. In February 2017, he was appointed President of the EMEA & Latin America division, and in September 2018 he became interim Chairman of the Management Board before being confirmed as President of Tarkett. His career at Tarkett has been marked by a combination of financial discipline, operational execution, and strategic transformation. Before joining Tarkett, Barthélemy built a strong track record at Safran and Valeo. He started his career as an industrial controller at Safran, then joined Valeo in 1995 as a divisional financial controller in the United Kingdom.
