About Etienne DUGAS
Étienne Dugas is a French executive with deep experience in industrial and digital infrastructure markets, best known today for serving as Chief Executive Officer of Grolleau, a French industrial group focused on street cabinets, telecom equipment, energy-related solutions, and electric mobility infrastructure. He was appointed CEO on 23 January 2025, after having served as Deputy CEO since the summer of 2023, in a planned internal succession that signaled continuity in leadership. He also sits on the company’s board of directors. His career is closely tied to telecom networks, territorial connectivity, and infrastructure services. Before joining Grolleau, Dugas established himself as a co-founder and long-time president of InfraNum, the leading French federation representing companies involved in connected territories and digital infrastructure.
