Éric Matteucci is a long-standing executive within SII, a European technology consulting and digital services group. He joined the company in 1998 and was appointed chairman of the management board in 2007, succeeding founder Bernard Huvé, who became chairman of the supervisory board. This progression reflects a leader deeply embedded in the company’s culture, operating model, and long-term development. Under his leadership, SII has grown substantially, rising in less than two decades from roughly €150 million in revenue to more than €1 billion, through both organic expansion and acquisitions.
