Éric Guajioty is an experienced executive within Mersen, where he served as Executive Vice President of the Advanced Materials segment. In this role, he was responsible for a strategic business area within a listed group specialized in electrical specialties and advanced materials. His career reflects a strong industrial background, international exposure, and recognized expertise in operational transformation, business-unit leadership, and growth execution. He began his career at Péchiney in 1989 as a Process and Quality Engineer, building a solid technical foundation and a deep understanding of manufacturing performance and industrial operations. He then joined SGL Carbon in 1995 as a Project Manager in Corporate Planning & Controlling. Over time, he held several senior positions there, including Managing Director of SGL Technic, Business Line Director, and Managing Director of the Electrodes business. These roles allowed him to strengthen his capabilities in industrial management, strategic controlling, and the development of specialized markets.
