Emmanuel Neildez is the Chief Executive Officer of LISI AEROSPACE, the aerospace division of the LISI Group, a position he has held since January 1, 2020. Trained as an engineer, he graduated from École Polytechnique and École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, a background that reflects a strong focus on industrial excellence, complex project management, and operational transformation. Before joining LISI AEROSPACE, he spent around ten years at Faurecia, where he held a range of roles spanning production, project leadership, and industrial strategy. Neildez joined LISI AEROSPACE in 2007 and progressively took on several operational leadership responsibilities. This gave him a deep understanding of aerospace fasteners, structural components, and the performance requirements of highly demanding industrial supply chains. In 2017, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer, a pivotal role that placed him at the center of manufacturing performance, logistics, quality, and customer service. His appointment as CEO in 2020 was consistent with a succession built on operational continuity, with the objective of sustaining growth in aerospace fasteners and accelerating the transformation of the Structural Components business group.
