Elisa Prisner is a senior executive at Dassault Systèmes and currently serves as Executive Vice President, Strategy, Industry, Marketing & Transformation. She joined the company’s Executive Committee in 2022, after having spent years leading major strategic and transformation initiatives. Since 2025, her responsibilities have also included Industry, Marketing and Sustainability, broadening her influence across the company’s strategic priorities and stakeholder engagement. Prior to her current role, Elisa Prisner led Dassault Systèmes’ global transformation starting in 2017. In that capacity, she defined and implemented the processes that support the company’s value creation model. Her remit also includes translating Dassault Systèmes’ vision into a distinctive strategic positioning, covering corporate strategy, brand portfolio and marketing strategy, while helping the group promote the value of virtual worlds and virtual twins. She is also responsible for aligning this strategy with the needs of customers across three core sectors: Manufacturing Industries, Life Sciences and Healthcare, and Infrastructure and Cities. She began her career at Aeroconseil as an engineering consultant in aeronautical and systems engineering, working for Airbus and other global aircraft manufacturers, equipment suppliers and systems providers. Her academic background is strongly rooted in aerospace and engineering. She holds an engineering degree from ECAM in Rennes, a master’s degree in aircraft operations and air traffic management from ENAC, and an MBA jointly earned through Toulouse Business School, HEC Montréal and Washington University, with a focus on aerospace operations. This combination of technical depth, business training and international industrial experience has positioned her as one of the key strategic leaders within Dassault Systèmes.
