Dipal Patel is an international pharmaceutical commercial executive and currently serves as Chief Commercial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Valneva SE. She joined Valneva in November 2022, at a pivotal stage in the company’s development, as the group strengthened its commercial organization and prepared for the potential market launch of its chikungunya vaccine candidate. Her appointment reflected the strategic importance of commercial execution, market access, and launch readiness in a publicly listed biopharmaceutical company. Before joining Valneva, Dipal Patel spent more than 20 years at GSK, where she held roles of increasing responsibility across multiple geographies, including the United States, Australia, Europe, and Asia.
